    The year of 1662 was halfway over by the time the fall season arrived in Glen Harbor and there'd been quite a few changes in town over the first half of the year.Eli gave birth to twins and Cory Frankovitch got pregnant in the spring and would give birth to her baby later in the fall season.The Bells got into a smaller temporary house and would have to attempt to build their real house in the spring.The town started breaking ground to build their new gym for the locals to have a place to work out.
     The summer had started out with a few very rainy days and it ended up getting very hot and there was endless days of sunshine for the rest of the season.There had been less of the Jankowskys around town because of their babies needing to be watched.There was  a new junkyard added to the town over the spring and summer as well and the residents hoped to make use of it soon.

    It was raining lightly on the first day of fall for most of the morning though it stopped raining and cleared up in the early afternoon.Cory and Angel Frankovitch were both dealing with eating spoiled food a few times that day because Cory was getting a little forgetful and she had thrown good food away by mistake earlier.It had gotten very hot and sunny in the afternoon and evening.

     Rudy Wagner and Lacey Walker were both up early that morning and it was starting to look like it would be a hot sunny day like summer though it was early fall.Everybody had started dressing for fall weather and hadn't expected it to be summerlike at that time.The residents of the town were all starting to get ready for the coming winter even though summer just ended days earlier.

     It was also to be expected that the residents would have to eat the spoiled leftovers to get them cleaned out of their fridges before they got too bad.The Jankowskys were trying to clean out their leftovers on the third day of fall and didn't notice the flies swarming around their food as they ate it.They were so busy with their babies that the food went bad in their fridge and had to get eaten up.

    It was still getting hot in the days though it cooled down at nights a lot more by mid fall with the town starting to get overnight frost most night by then.The season seemed to be going by so fast it didn't look as though everybody would have time to things done they needed to get done before winter arrived and brought cold story weather with it.They had to be prepared for snow that winter.

     It was getting into late fall and the Bells had seen the ice cream truck outside their house that morning.They could hardly believe that it was the last the town would see of the ice cream truck in 1662 and it would be back in the spring of 1663.It was colder even in the days as it got later in the season and it was getting below freezing every night now.There was also a nip in the air every morning.

    The Bells were also trying to  figure out how they could make their small space work for the winter since it was too late in the season to be building.They didn't want to get started and have half-built walls getting covered in snow after winter hit before they could finish building the walls for a new addition.It had begun getting very cold and raw as the season was progressing.

     The residents of Glen Harbor were starting to go fishing at the town pool whenever they decided to fish because it was starting to get very cold and raw as the season progressed.It was getting below freezing overnight and it didn't always get above freezing in the day as late fall approached.Cory was starting to get very close to her time to give birth to her baby in late fall.

     The town got a new public gym built and were still working on getting some last bits of the project finished like the annex building they wanted to add behind the gym's main building and it would take some time to get the annex built.The shell would have to get built before winter arrived because it was expected to be a cold and hard winter as was usual after a few mild winters.

     It was Sppoky night before they knew it in town and that meant there would be two more days left in fall after that.They were going to be busy getting into winter gear meant for snow and very cold weather this time around.They spent some of their time getting food supplies stocked up before winter would arrive and they also enjoyed that special holiday with writing and telling ghost stories.

   Cory and Angel Frankovitch had an exciting day the next day when she went into labor the next evening after having had a sore back all day.It had been so cold that day that they had frost all day and it remained cold as night approached.They named their baby boy Lynn and he'd been born at home like most babies were in those times.It was almost the end of fall and they welcomed Lynn.

    Rudy Wagner and Lacey Walker were also busy getting themselves ready for the coming winter since it was the lst night of fall and the temperature had fallen to -10*C which was cold and it was going to be even colder by the next morning.Rudy was going to be turning eleven soon and Lacey was just turning ten at that time.They had decided they'd have to start getting ready to get married.
    Everybody was making the last minute preparations for winter as they progressed though that last evening of fall and they hoped it would take a few days before the first snow started falling that winter.It might get deep enough to close roads down to traffic which meant walking everywhere and the food truck would stop until the roads got cleared up.Any new settlers coming would likely not arrive until the next spring or even summer because the harbor would not be open in the winter and it would get too stormy to sail safely at sea.
